What type of subscriptions are available?

We offer two different payment options to align with your budget—month-to-month, and 3 month prepaid. The longer the subscription term, the better the deal! If you're a little unsure, give us a try for 1 month. You can always adjust your plan along the way!

When will my box arrive?

All of our monthly boxes are mailed via USPS First Class Mail, about 5 business days after the last day of the month. You are billed the month prior to your box being shipped.


For example, if you signed up anytime in September (September 1 through September 30), your first box will ship in October, about 5 business days after September 30th. You’ll receive a shipping notice to the email address we have in your account as soon as your box is in the hands of the USPS.

- EU/UK – up to 5 weeks

- AUS/NZ – up to 5 1/2 weeks

- All other – up to 6 weeks

What kinds of cards should I expect—is each box a theme?

We don't necessarily do "themes" but we try to take into consideration the time of year and what types of cards you'll need for the month. So whether it's Halloween, Christmas or National Ice Cream Day—you'll be covered! 


If you sign up after our cut-off date, the 15th of the month, there is no guarantee you will receive the cards that you may have seen us post on Instagram or Facebook as part of our "sneak peek" for the upcoming month. But never fear! You will still receive a box and it will be our official welcome box with cards and goodies. Trust us, it will be just as good! 


We are growing fast and trying to keep up with the demand as best we can—we appreciate the love! 

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

We understand there may occasionally be an item you don't fall in love with—and when that happens, we will be hurt (but it's OK). 


We carefully curate the boxes and put a lot of thought and rounds of caffeine into selecting the cards and bonus item(s) we think you will absolutely love. If one of the cards doesn't suit your taste, gift it to a friend! 


While we can’t offer refunds or exchanges on cards, you can cancel your subscription by the 15th of the month, no questions asked. And of course, keep the cards!

How do I cancel?

If you've signed up for our month-to-month plan, you may cancel future deliveries by the 15th of the month. And there are absolutely no cancellation fees! Simply log in to your account to cancel your subscription or send us an email at info@missrosie.co and we'll take care of it for you. 


Please note, you must cancel by the 15th of the month to avoid receiving the following month’s shipment.


Once a subscription order has been placed, your first box for delivery cannot be canceled.


If you've signed up for our 3-month prepay plan, you may cancel at any time prior to the renewal date. However, please note that we do not honor cancellations or refund our prepaid subscription during the terms of the plan.

When is my credit card charged?

For month-to-month subscriptions, your card is charged at the time of purchase, and you will receive your first subscription box the following month. A recurring charge will be applied to your credit card each month on the 1st.


For 3-month prepaid subscription plans, your credit card is charged in full at the time of your purchase. A recurring charge for your subscription plan will be applied to your credit card when your plan automatically renews on the 1st of your renewal month. Example: If you select a 3-month plan on June 5, your subscription will automatically renew for 3 additional months on September 1.

Is sales tax charged?

Since our business resides in Pennsylvania, ONLYresidents of Pennsylvaniawill be charged a 6% sales tax. Also, if you reside in Allegheny County you will be charged an additional 1% sales tax.

How do I change my mailing address, email or billing information on my account?

Log into your account using the current email & password you created. If you've lost your password, just click on the forgot your password link and you'll be able to reset it easily.


Once you're logged in you'll see your account dashboard where you can manage your email, mailing address and billing information.

Why do you charge for shipping?

Rosie Post is a small business—and while we'd love to ship everything to our customers free, it's just not in the cards right now! No pun intended.


We work hard to share so many amazing products from indie artists, illustrators and entrepreneurs with you. And we want you to feel great about the value of the selection of products you receive every month. At the end of the day, paying a bit for shipping gets you some cards and goodies you will likely not find at your local store! And your friends and family will certainly enjoy the quality of your handwritten notes on our beautiful cards.
